In ACM SIGPLAN Notices, January 1998 (pages 15-21), there is a report of
the TC2 1997 meeting.

Section 13 (page 20) mentions liaison with SC22, and hopes it can be
re-activated.

I hope so too, perhaps knowing each other's email will help.

The next SC22 meeting is in Denmark, August 24-27.
