Regarding reporting of accomplishments in JTC 1 Business Plans, in    
addition to numerical counts of documents approved, JTC 1 National    
Bodies and Subcommittees are requested to provide contributions detailing       
methods of measuring the effectiveness of JTC 1 accomplishments, e.g., press releases, implementations using JTC 1 standards.  The contributions should also provide suggestions for other metrics to indicate JTC 1's effectiveness.
