I am now in turn mirroring ftp://ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu/sc22wg5
as ftp://ftp.dfrc.nasa.gov/pub/x3j3/wg5.  This gives 2 sites for
users this side of the pond, in case there are temporary problems
with either one.
