Subject: Repository

I have placed a draft new repository on my ftp server:

      jkr.cc.rl.ac.uk (130.246.8.20)
in the file 
      pub/wg5/repository

I have removed nearly half the items and propose to keep them
on my ftp server in a file called repository.done (see the
introduction). I have added one item from DIN and 5 from UK.
