Subject: WG11 documents?

Hello!

The "Guidelines for Bindings to F90" (WG5/N938, July 1993) quote a
number of documents from SC22/WG11:

CD 10967 (1992) "Common language independent arithmetic"
CD 11404 (1992) "Common language independent datatypes"
WG11/N295 (1991) "Common language independent procedure calling
                    mechanisms"

Does anyone have these documents or knows where the WG11 working docs
are located? Or at least how the WG11 convenor can be reached?

Another document I would like to obtain is ISO Technical Report 10182
on "Guidelines for Language Bindings". Is there a free working document
equivalent to this TR on the net?

Thank you,
MIchael Hennecke

PS: The first doc seems to be in DIS stage: ISO/IEC DIS 10967-1:1993.
I saw a quotation which also gave names of procedures to provide
bindings to its floating point exception capabilities...
