Since things dissapear from our incoming directory after a while,
I've made a copy of this elsewhere, after consulting with Keith.
It is now at ftp.dfrc.nasa.gov in the directory pub/x3j3/fpp,
with a file name "keith.tar.Z". As with the incoming directory,
you won't be able to "see" the file name, but you should be
able to get the file if you know the name. This is to accomodate
Keith's request about limitting distribution.

I've also left the copy in the incoming area for now, but it
will eventually disappear.
