That is good news.

In fact, we don't need to do anything about it for the current (F95)
revision unless we wish to, as a paper copy will be acceptable for projects
already approved before the new policy came into effect.  However, unless
it is revised, we shall probably need to follow the approved guidelines for
subsequent revisions and any interim documents, so it is very useful to
know that it will not be too hard to produce a new base document in Word
format.
