This morning I reviewed David Epstein's original CCF conditional
compilation facility, which he presented at the November 1993 X3J3 meeting
in Albuquerque. It is even more well-written than I remembered.

Those persons who may wish to consider David Epstein's CCF as an
alternative to cpp may wish to have the document number. It is
X3J3 / 93-276. If people need new copies, I could scan it and send out the
text early next week. Please let me know if you would like me to do this.

Sincerely,
