I shall take copies of your email paper to Tokyo However, as I have said to several other members of X3J3, unless two COUNTRIES who are represented at the meeting ask for it to be placed on the agenda I will not allocate it any agenda time until after we have completed our review of the draft CD (aka 95-007r0). That is our over-riding priority and, given the probable low attendance in Tokyo, it may be difficult to justify spending time on anything else.
