Richard,

I have just managed to print about half of the PS version of the above.
The continued use by the USA of non-standard paper(;-) makes life difficult with
FRAMES help.
To print on A4 paper the point size for Letter needs to be changed throughout
the .ps files. This requires the "612 792" to be changed to "595 842" wherever
it occurs. You also need to change "Letter" to A4 on the "BeginPaperSize:
Letter" statement.

This allows the PS to print, but the page layout is such that on A4 there is
insufficient margin to allow binding. Even without the line numbers and Change
bars there would be barely adequate binding room but with these there is almost
none. This will need to be fixed. Margins need to be chosen so that the document
prints usably on both Letter and A4.

It would also be helpful if frame could do a paper size set globally so only one
papersize parameter needed to be changed, or better still was capable of
detecting the papersize currently in use on the destination printer. OR best of
all the USA adopt ISO standard paper sizes(:-(!

REgards
Lawrie
