No. The latest version, which is the draft CD, is the result of the work
by X3J3 during its last meeting in Houston in January. I understand from
Richard Maine, the Editor of the document, that the editing is now complete
and the latest version should appear on the server very shortly.

He is sending me a paper copy of this document today (Fiday 3rd March) which
will form the bulk of the WG5 distribution which I shall be sending to all
WG5 members in about a week's time. It is this document that we shall be
reviewing in Tokyo and which, with such modifications as are approved in
Tokyo, will be submitted for CD ballot.

I think that the changes from 009r3 are relatively small (although there are
quite a lot), since most of the time during the last two X3J3 meetings has
been spent reviewing the integration of WG5's approved changes. However,
since the changes that have been made are, therefore, in response to X3J3's
detailed review of 009r3 and, subsequently, 009r4, many of the changes that
have been made are likely to be the same (hopefully ;-) as those that another
group might find when reviewing the same document.

It is therefore important that your group reviews the March 95 version which
I shall distribute, and which can be obtained from the server within the next
day or two - if it is not there already.

In this connection, several members have indicated that there is no need to
send them a copy of the document as they are happy to download it themselves
from the X3J3 server. If anyone reading this message does not need a copy
sent by me, I would be grateful if they would let me know (unless, of course,
they have already done so), as this will both reduce the cost of mailing and
mean that the forthcoming mailing can be copied and dispatched more quickly.

Miles
