Suppose ....

That X3J3 and WG5, together, established a home page on the WWW.  This 
would naturally include, or point to, all of the standing documents of 
the two committees.  And since one of the standing documents is the 
working draft of the next standard, ...

X3J3 and WG5 both have the necessary skills to setup a home page.  CERN
might be particularly interested in demonstrating the use of the WWW for
standards activities.
