No. I intend when I get time to add a "maintenance" copy with line numbers 
reinstated to our ftp server and I am sure that Kurt would put this up on the 
x3j3 one. The source code of the module and example programs I will provide for 
Nag to put on their bulletin board.

I believe that these actions are totally legal as the first is not the standard 
but a working document for use within WG5 to facilitate maintenance of the 
standard. I also believe that the only copyright that I passed to ISO when they 
published IS 1539-2 was the printed copy. The source code I believe I still hold 
the copyright for and I have chosen to place this in the public domain.
