I also learned that the hotel will not be able to fetch individuals from Dulles Airport. I apologize, but the hotel manager won't allow the van to fetch individuals. The sales manager said a group might be fetched. (It's not clear to me how large a group is.) (It has something to do with insurance, again, I'm not entirely clear on the details.)
