Hello,

I apologize in advance for some of these misspellings,
but below is a list of those who the hotel thinks
have reservations for 175. These reservations include
only those who reserved under the key name "WG5-J3 Fortran Committee"

> Einn Chivers - 2/10 c/o 2/17
> William Long - 2/11 c/o 2/18
> Geanne Martin - 2/12 c/o 2/18
> Steve Morgan - 2/11 c/o 2/18
> Charles North - 2/12 c/o 2/17
> Jane Sleightholne 2/10 c/o 2/17
> W. Van Snyder - 2/11 c/o 2/18

Please call the hotel _directly_, not the Comfort Inn
central 800 number.

> Comfort Inn University Center - Fairfax
> 11180 Main Street
> Fairfax, VA 22030
> 703-591-5900
> 703-273-7915 fax

or (800) 223-1223 (hotel direct 800 number)

I will follow this email in a few days with detailed directions
for going to the hotel from the area airports.

I also learned that the hotel will not be able to fetch individuals
from Dulles Airport. I apologize, but the hotel manager won't
allow the van to fetch individuals. The sales manager said a group
might be fetched. (It's not clear to me how large a group is.)
(It has something to do with insurance, again, I'm not entirely clear
on the details.)

The deadline for reservations at the group rate is 21 January, 2006.

I hope to see you in February!
