WG5,

We were forced by the availability of our meeting room to hold the Delft meeting
as five full days from Monday. I was very impressed by the willingness of
everyone to continue working right up to 6 p.m.

The prompts Dan and I to ask whether to do the same for future joint J3/WG5
meetings. In particular, I would like to take a straw vote on what to do for the
meeting in February. Should we start with a full day on Sunday and finish
mid-morning on Friday or should we start on Monday and work a full day (8-5) on
Friday?

Since I will be at a meeting in the US next week and will not be reading email,
please vote by noon on Friday (UK time). Please do not vote unless you are
reasonably likely to attend.

Please choose one option:

1. I prefer to start on Sunday and finish mid-morning on Friday.

2. I do not mind.

3. I prefer to start on Monday and meet for a full day on Friday.

If you have a strong reason for choosing 1 or 3, please say so.

Cheers,

John.
