Confirmed - in case any one was wondering if I were in this conspiracy :-)

As far as the trip concerns: I'm currently going for the combined city 
walk / boat trip (still have to make arrangements), on Wednesday morning 
(which will be from 10:45 - 13:00).  This means that the Wednesday 
meeting will run from 14:00 - 18:00.
