Welcome to Editor's Report n3784, which is for the Standard Drafts n3783.

This report is for just before the 2026 February meeting. Everything that happened since then were small editorial fixes in conjunction with 1 paper voted in VIA post-meeting mail voting. Additionally, our Secondary Editor -- Freek Wiedjik -- has departed from his role. We appreciate everything Freek has done, including making sure C23 could ship out of the door and organizing the Undefined Behaviors List with numerics, as well as integrating many of the biggest changes both before C23 shipped and after it landed as well.

The papers that were integrated were:
There was supposed to be one more paper before publishing, but the paper was delayed again after some additional publications and minor fixes were spotted. Therefore, the "Clean up atomics" paper was not integrated at this time despite having gone through a between-meeting strawpoll.
Many smaller editorial fixes were accomplished during this time as well, particularly around the actual character for the ' character. Quite a few typo fixes were also handled by
