Issue #179, Add array initialization


Issue #180, Need to add indeterminately sequenced in Clause 3
   Created definition and closed issue.

Issue #181, Add automatic numbering to clause 3
   Added

Issue #170, Clause 6.33 requires further work.
   Reviewed and made minor changes for clarity.

Issue #169, Reconsider the banning of memcpy and memmove
   Clause 6.3, Fixed wording of the ban to explicitly add the criteria that the
   object has unique representation.

Issue #168, Enumerator issues does not state applicability
   Identified further issues using enum with initialization.
