Illness at the Ministry caused another delay. The list of people to whom a copy has been mailed is attached below. If you are on the list, but did not receive a copy, then - -- it may still be in the post, just wait, -- it may be lost, the notice me after some weeks. If you are not on the list, then - -- it was assumed that you took a copy at a meeting (The Hague, Luxemburg, Geneva), or - -- you did not supply a postal address, or - -- you were overlooked by me as being an Old Faithful, or - -- you submitted a request directly to the Ministry, or - -- you asked for an on-line version (there is not any, because all 333 characters of the Telematic set (T.51, ex T.61, or ISO/IEC 6937) are used), which you will not get over the line undamaged, or - -- you did not show any interest. The Ministry already supplied 90 copies to NNI, and is even willing to have a second printing, if the first becomes exhausted. Thus do not feel being too late, if you have second thoughts.
