This was to address the CGM Am 2 ballot should comments come in which had not been addressed at the Bordeaux meeting. The only comments which have been received which were not addressed at the meeting are from Austria. It is my belief that these can be addressed via email and that there is no requirement for a meeting. The ballot has in fact passed with only the USA and Austria voting negatively. All comments from the USA and other nations (UK, France, germany and Japan) were addressed at the Bordeaux meeting. If anyone has any objections let me know. Please treat this as the formal notification of the meeting being cancelled. Anne Mumford
