The Terms of Reference for this Ad Hoc are as follows: * The Ad Hoc will use the conclusions of the DMT meeting as guidance in its work * Deliberations of the Ad Hoc are limited to consideration and disposition of the items enumerated in JTC 1 N 7660. SCs are invited to take particular note of item 5 in N 7660. * The Ad Hoc is empowered to issue 60 day Letter Ballots if necessary. The Ad Hoc Group will be chaired by the JTC 1 Chairman. The Ad Hoc Group will meet on 10-11 February 2005 in London, England, hosted by the U.K. JTC 1 instructs its Secretariat to issue a call to National Bodies and Subcommittees for participation in this Ad Hoc Group and attendance at the February 2005 meeting. The Ad Hoc will report on its activities to the JTC 1 2005 Plenary in Canada.
