The blackout in New York City caused the ANSI servers to go down and some
messages sent 14-15 August 2003 may have been lost.  If a contribution was
submitted by the 15 August 2003 due date and does not appear on the agenda,
please send to Sally Seitz (sseitz@ansi.org <mailto:sseitz@ansi.org>) as
soon as possible but no later than 22 August 2003 so that the agenda can be
updated.

Also, please note that the attire for the SC 22 Plenary will be business
casual.
