Subject: Correction to SC22 N2694 - FPDISP Ballot for POSIX Profile

Note:  The original transmission of document SC22 N2694 incorrectly
identified the ballot as a FDISP Ballot.  It is, in fact, a FPDISP Ballot.
Below is a corrected title page.  The ballot title change is the only
change in this correction.
