Worked on 6.34 Program signature mismatch, issue 68 and pull request #110.
Kept text focussed on the vulnerability.

Worked on 6.21 Namespace issues

Worked on 6.22 Initialization of variables [LAV], Issue 49. ISO/IEC 24772-1 almost completely covers the issues.
Simplified issues to clarify how dynamic initialization of variables can result in access before initialization.
