• the NB comments on Part 1, N0835, as documented in the collated comments in N0843;

• NB comments on Part 2, N0836, as documented in the collated comments in N0844; and

• NB comments on Part 3, N0837, as documented in the collated comments in N0845,

Proposed disposition of comments are found in N848 (for Part 1) and N0849 (for Part 3). Part 2 had only editorial comments, which were addressed by the convenor.
