Subject: Liaison between ISO/IEC JTC1/SC22 and IETF

Hi.

At its meeting on 7 August 2001, the Internet Architecture Board,
acting for the IETF, has approved a liaison with ISO/IEC
JTC1/SC22, as requested in SC22/WG20 N836, if SC22 approves a
Category A liaison to IETF as you have requested.

Since I already follow the SC22 mailing list, the IAB has agreed
that I should personally assume responsibility for this liaison
from the IETF side.

Please let us know if there are any further action we need to
take at this time.
